Liz and Jeff traveled down from NY to Charleston for their destination wedding.  They chose the beautiful Legare Waring House for their location.  This beautiful house is located in Charles Town Landing which was the first permanent European settlement in the Carolina's.  It is full of history and beauty.  They were married outdoors surrounded by beautiful mossy oaks, blooming flowers, and nature at it's best.

We’re tying up the week with an absolutely breathtaking wedding at the Legare Waring House captured byHunter McRae Photography. Paige and Frank didn’t let the unexpected downpour of a Lowcountry rainstorm tarnish any aspect of their celebration—after all, it was nothing a tent and some darling umbrellas couldn’t fix. Lush blooms of bright orange and pink were at every turn—we especially loved how the bridesmaids bouquets looked against the women’s aqua gowns, and then were slipped into gold-dipped Mason jars after the ceremony. Lucky for the couple, as soon as the storm blew in, it blew out, and Hunter was able to lead the new Mr. & Mrs. around the grounds for plenty of romantic portraits. And for those looking for great getaway ideas, take a peek at how Paige and Frank headed out: through a tunnel of colorful glow sticks—so fun!

This bride was very specific about her vision for her wedding day.  She traveled from Daytona Beach Florida to have her wedding in a beautiful old south wedding.  The ceremony took place at the Legare Waring House.  This place is surrounded by moss covered trees and azalea bushes in full bloom.  

Her reception took place at the Hibernian Hall at 105 Meeting Stree in downtown Charleston.  This building is a national landmark, built in 1840. 

Olivia wa a very special bride that embraced the old south traditions and beauty.
